Anca Congratulations!
I am surprised by their definition of "published", how outdated.
How many months did you wait for the certificate since you registered your claim?

Helen Sedwick I have so many problems with CAPTCHA! Thanks for working around it. I'll talk to my web designer about using something else.
I filled in the online form in mid-September and received the Certificate in mid-February. So 5 months.
