I’m a massive fan of The Walking Dead. It’s one of the few times I’ve ever been able to say that the multimedia product (in this case, the TV show) is just as good as the source material (the comics). As a writer, that’s saying a lot.
However, I am so glad we are done with the Washington, D.C. storyline and can move forward tonight, because every one of Abraham’s scenes has played out like this.
Rick: We need to find food.
Abraham: We’ll find it in Washington, D.C.
Maggie: We need to rest first.
Abraham: We’ll rest in Washington, D.C.
Rosita: What’s your favorite color?
Abraham: Washington, D.C.
I like Abraham a lot as a character, so I’m looking forward to seeing how he’s going to be developed now that he’s rudderless, without a mission or a goal.
