Game of Thrones trailer

This coming blizzard sounds truly scary. So for all of you in its path, please be careful, especially those of you trapped in poor, battered Boston. Stay home if you can.
Here are a few tidbits of news about Game of Thrones to remind us that April—and spring—will eventually get here, even if it seems very far away on this frigid February morning.
http://time.com/3689802/thrones-seaso... The article is followed by a slideshow that claims to reveal the real-life people who inspired the Thrones characters. I don’t think this comes from GRRM, but it is still interesting. Some are obvious—Cersei and Marguerite d’Anjou. Others not so much. See for yourself. Above all, stay warm, everyone---unless you’re lucky enough to live on the West Coast or Down Under.

Sharon You live in South Jersey, too, Elyse?

Elyse✨ Yes, Sharon, in Glassboro. I live in the shadow of Rowan University.

Sharon We're almost neighbors then. I am down in South Jersey.

Elyse✨ Hi Neighbor! Woke up this morning to a winter wonderland. Isn't it pretty? Adam Joseph on Channel 6 ABC News said last night the snow will be light and fluffy and easy to shovel. When it stops, that is. I'm going to have another cup of coffee and stay inside for now. Take care!

Sharon I was disappointed, Elyse, for it all fell during the night, didn't start till after I went to bed and was already gone by the time I awoke. For me, the best part of snow is watching it fall. Now I have the fun of clearing off my car since I have to go out this afternoon...ugh. But first I'll feed the poor birds who are already mobbing my bird feeders.

Steve Living in Wisconsin, we were tempted to scorn New Yorkers who were complaining about a little snow. We changed our tune quickly and are thankful that all we're getting is sub-zero temperatures and wind chills of 10-15 below zero. Because we're on the West Side of Lake Michigan, not a whole lot or snow. I suspect you wish you could visit Margaret George right now. Good Luck!! Hope you have an early thaw. (It's been a long while since I've put my two cents worth onto you blog and it's good to be able to read it again.)

Sharon Thanks, Steve, My corner of NJ has been spared the worst so far. Bitter cold, yes, but nowhere near the snow levels they've gotten in New England.
