I hate when the show isn't like the book!Panzer headed out into the Catosphere today looking for news for you. After tootling around for a while, our kitty boy adventurer stopped in at
The Bookseller site.
Panzer found a post by the staff about the BBC's production of J. K. Rowling's novel
The Casual Vacancy. Turns out they didn't like the novel's ending because they found it too "bleak." So, they changed it to make it happier.
Panzer says, "Grrr! Hundreds of thousands of humans (750,000 in the U.K. to be exact) read the book and liked it. but what do they know? Nothing according to the BBC."
