Lord Iverbrook's Heir: Hugh Iverbrook, after a lengthy sojourn on his West Indies estate, comes home determined to fight to abolish slavery in the Indies. In the meantime, his younger brother and sister-in-law have died, leaving their small son to the guardianship of her sister, Selena.Offended, Hugh is sure no female can cope with such a burden.
