How did you come up with the idea for the Season Kingdoms and the Rhythm Kingdoms? I understand the Season Kingdoms consist of Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn; why did you name the other kingdom the Rhythm Kingdom? Thanks for answering! x

The Rhythm Kingdoms are called that because they cycle through the normal “rhythms” of nature — four distinct, rotating seasons. After I developed the Season Kingdoms, it seemed natural to have four opposite kingdoms to create a more balanced world.
