On your website in the FAQ you mentioned that Lilac and Tarver's story was over (and btw, I was crying over that) but will we be seeing more of them in this new novel?

I don’t know whether by “new novel” you mean in This Shattered World, the sequel to TBS,or in Their Fractured Light, the final book in the trilogy. But the answer to both is: yes! Lilac and Tarver’s story as point-of-view main characters is over, but they show up in book two, and even more so in book three. All six main characters in the series are pivotal to the conclusion of the trilogy!
