I really didn’t hold out much hope for “Terms of Surrender.” I reviewed the ARC on a whim. I’m not really sure why I even requested it, actually. But in the end, I was totally blown away. “Terms of Surrender” is full of raw emotion that will touch even the most hardened hearts.
