Friday Feast ~ Honey Wheat Bread

My recipe for today is in celebration of Imbolg or Candlemas ~ the feast of St. Brigid or the Brigit’s Day.

Imbolg, the first day of February is the old Celtic festival marking the reawakening of the earth. The promise of new life–new hope.This is the time of year when new lambs are born and ewes are in milk.
