As the Warsaw Ghetto was being razed, the Allies held an almost forgotten conference in Bermuda to discuss saving the Jews. Their failure to take any important steps contributed to the suicide of Szmul Zygielbojm, the whistleblower of the Holocaust who sent his first report to The Daily Telegraph
