Adrift sequel

A picture is worth a thousand words, right? So, while I could write at least that much on how awesome and bewildering and terrifying the response to my last novel has been, I think it's better to just let this picture explain how I have felt over the two months since Adrift released. Picture Honestly, I can't thank you enough if you've downloaded and read Adrift. Each and every download means the world to me.

I tried to write Adrift in such a way that it could be either a standalone novel or the start of something bigger, and wanted to leave the question of whether the story continued or not for the readers to answer. The feedback I've had has been staggering and humbling, and it seems like most people would like to see the adventure continue. Since I, too, am one of those people, I guess it's time to formally announce that Adrift will be the first installment in a series, titled The Black River :D
Picture At the moment, I've planned for The Black River to be a trilogy, and work on Sundown, the sequel to Adrift, is going well. Though I don't have a firm release date yet, I hope it will be sooner rather than later, so stay tuned to find out exactly when part 2 will be ready. As always, if you'd like to be the first to know about the release, and to benefit from a reduced launch price, please consider signing up to my mailing list.

Anyways, that's enough of my babbling.

Coming soon: Picture

Thanks James! Really great to hear you enjoyed Adrift! Hopefully the wait for Sundown won't be too long :)

Cheryl Carter I have read both books and enjoyed them immensely. Dan Bellamy is a refreshing detour from the exploits of Jack Reacher and Will Robie. You are a very talented writer and I look forward to reading more of your work.
