You can find it at Amazon, iBooks, Kobo, Barnes & Noble, and Smashwords!If you had a hardback of this book, which is something like 575 pages and 310,000 words, and you dropped it on your foot, I would not answer for your phalanges. But now it’s an ebook, and it weighs no more than the electrons it’s made of, and you can carry it everywhere but the swimming pool!

I happen to have one of the hardback copies. I can confirm to anyone reading that it is massive! The e book sounds like a better way to go, but it's too late for me. I've already pulled by back out.
