“YOURS HAS ALL THESE WINDOWS” — wildly flailing arms — “AND WOULD BE PERFECT FOR ME.”

So he commandeers a closet and puts the antique chair-desk in it.

“Mine, mine, mine-mine mine,” he’s singing happily.

Basically, me in my first rent-controlled apt.
