First blog

This is my first Goodreads blog! I'm still finding my way around the site, so forgive me if I commit any faux pas.

It's an exciting year for me as a writer, with my new novel The Silence out very soon. It's another big apocalyptic horror novel ... I like destroying the world (sorry, world).

Then later this year, a new departure for me. My first thriller! There'll be a big announcement about that soon, so watch this space.

In the meantime, I'm waiting for news about PAY THE GHOST, the movie that was made last year based on my short story. It stars Nicolas Cage and Sarah Wayne Callies, and I'm hoping to hear about release date, etc soon.
