JK Rowling on the Fringe Benefits of Failure

This week the next installment of the Harry Potter story is coming to a theater near you: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One.  (Mad clapping!)  In honor of that, let's pay attention to what JK Rowling told the graduates of Harvard University in her commencement speech to them on June 5, 2008.  Whether you're a writer who's experienced rejection or anyone who's fallen short of a goal, remember what Rowling said here about failure: there is a silver lining.
