What more could a new author hope for? Dear friends, each of you knows that every step of this journey has been full of magic and miracles. Book editor Nancy Sugihara (SelectBooks) noticed this review and sent it over last night. I had just crawled into bed here in Washington DC where I am attending an affordable housing conference. Whereupon, I immediately arose, dressed, and went down to the bar where I found some conference attendees to celebrate with over a glass of bourbon. Staying in bed was impossible! You understand, don’t you?
