Silly, you’re aligning yourself with a Western conception of beauty which is of course, centred around pale skin. I don’t know why brown people are so obsessed with fair skin like that bullshit Fair and Lovely cream. How dare they tell young girls they’re inadequate from such a young age. There’s nothing wrong with your skin. You just need to understand that it comes from a place that says white skin is the most desired and it ONLY comes from that place because Western = Best.
