A letter to Amazon.com re: their defense of the Pedophile's Guide book.
Dear Amazon.com: It is not possible to remain neutral on the issue of pedophilia or anything that promotes it. What price publicity? And trying to hide behind the feeble and somewhat hypocritical excuse of defending free speech does not ring true.
You have standards and have exercised your power to remove pornography from your profit streams. But today you very clearly made your stand for what you support. You chose your side. You've thrown in your lot with pedophiles. This is a very sad day for Amazon.com. Was it worth it?
A reputation tainted can never be restored, only forgotten at best. From now on, everything from Amazon becomes the fruit of a poisoned tree. I denounce your brazen support of this book. And you've sullied the good name of free speech by flagrantly attaching your support of pedophile promotion to it.
Why not defend the right of gun owners to shoot children? That is the same logic.
You care nothing for the constitution. You care more about pedophiles' right to profit and promote their evil ways than then children they hurt.Of your actions (or lack thereof) it has been written: "..It would be better to tie a millstone to your neck and throw it into the sea."
Mr. Bezos, it's time to man up and do the right thing. Remove the book, apologize and distance yourself from such heinous crimes, rather than embrace it.
