There’s not a whole lot exciting going on right now. I’m really busting my chops trying to write for other people, mainly because I was so broke at the beginning of this month.
I had car insurance due at the end of December, a huge power bill, and the rent. Throw Christmas on top of it, and I had about $4 by the time the first week of January was done.
Thankfully I got some work and am now doing alright, and will get through another month as a professional writer. Doesn’t sound so professional, huh?
Other than that, my mountain man novel about John Colter is coming along. If you like suspense and thrills set in a western atmosphere of the early 1800s, this is for you. I hope to have it done in February, and then the cover is something that will give me problems. Maybe $200 and I’ll get it taken care of.
Anyways, thanks for reading and reading interesting books on Goodreads – I always like to see what people are reading in my homepage feed.
