This note from one of Sanaya's followers made my day:

"Suzanne, I just have to share this with you!  My husband and I were at the new (grocery store) yesterday. As we were checking out it became clear very quickly the gentleman ringing up the groceries was a new trainee. Unsure of himself, slow, grappling with price codes and such. No judgement intended here, just observation.  Before we left the house, I had just finished listening to and reading the transcript from this past Sunday's session with Sanaya about the costumes we wear, especially the analogy they gave you regarding the Spiderman costume and the little boy.

Before my ego got a chance to rear up concerning the new employee, Sanaya's message overpowered it. It gave me the image of unzipping this young man's costume and seeing Jesus step out of it. Then it struck me! Here's the Christ consciousness in physical form, learning what it feels like to be a checker in a grocery store! Feeling the lack of confidence, frustration, being extra cautious packing the items, trying to be cheerful but feeling the impatience of the customer, all of those emotions.
