What does Loki look like? Now you know.

As some of you might recall, there was a discussion about what Loki looks like in mythology, some think that he was red haired, others (including me) found that this was not defined anywhere.

I wrote to an expert, here is the original answer (translation below):

Der er ikke mange kilder om Lokes udseende, men der er Snorres Edda, som nævner, at han var smuk. Der står mig bekendt ingen steder, at han var rødhåret; det var derimod Tor.

In English:

There aren’t many sources that describe Loki’s appearance, but there is Snorres Edda that mentions, that he was beautiful/handsome. As far as I know it’s not mentioned anywhere that he was red haired, but Thor was (red haired).
