The Bully You Can’t Stop: Personal Denial of Service (DOS) Attacks

My son is a professional video gamer (blows me away he can make a living playing Call of Duty) and we were recently the target of a DOS attack. We were at the mercy of a cyber bully who could take down the internet to our house at will.
