Team Building Event

Lights! Camera! Action! is an interactive team building presentation developed specifically for businesses, organizations and educators.

Participants work cooperatively to write a story and then produce it as a short film together. It’s a fun and exciting environment that encourages risk taking and creative exploration, and is a phenomenal resource for team building.

Lights! – We start by shining the light on the unique opportunities our talents, gifts and abilities provide for us. This allows us to recognize the part we can play and how our piece fits with those around us, especially those gifted differently!

Camera! – Next we need to frame our shot. This is the process of putting the ideas, information and emotions we want to communicate into focus, and developing a structure and setting the scene that will help us achieve our vision.

Action! –People who understand what they bring to the table are able to get involved. They enjoy the confidence that comes from knowing where they fit and the role they are able to play.

Your Team Will,

– gain a greater appreciation for their unique skills, talents and abilities

– identify creative possibilities available to them personally and professionally

– enjoy working cooperatively and creatively with others

Lights! Camera! Action! is a creative team building experience. If you want to empower and inspire your team to explore their creative potential, this is win-win project. Full day session is 6 hours, or can be condensed into a 3 hour morning or afternoon session.
