"What I Talk About When I Talk About Running" by Haruki Murakami

What I Talk About When I Talk About RunningWhat I Talk About When I Talk About Running by Haruki Murakami

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I'm not a runner, but I really enjoy this book!

It's no surprise that what I liked the most were the parts about Murakami life as a writer, how he began, the precess of learning his way if writing.

I identify myself with him in many ways: the early marriage, the easy solitude, the social life, the venom of writing, and I'm sure that's why I like the book so much.

Runners are definitely the ones who will really love to read every page. (And I'm thinking one person in particular.)
For all the others readers, I don't consider this book "really" a memoir because there isn't much about "him" beyond the running, so don't expect to learn much about the writer.
