This book:

Deals with sibling suicide and the legacy it leaves on a family. Self exploration and family secrets outline this novel’s core. A catharses cleansing, is performed as this book acts as a purgative drug. ��Forgiveness�� through, acceptance and love for each other is the legacy, I would like to stay with you. We do the best we can though, we do not always make the best choices. Unfortunately, often, we don’t know about the hurt or damage we have cause our family members until after, it��s done. Though, no less painful enduring and acknowledging the scars left behind regardless of ignorance and blind eyes.��

I can say, telling this story is the best thing I’ve ever done.

Though, it is presented as fiction the basis of the story is true. I hope you are forever braved through my realistic writing style. This is my first novel and certainly a labor of love intensive. I am grateful, I can share this very personal and powerful story now. It was difficult for me to write. I laughed sometimes, others I cried so hard, I couldn��t see what I was typing. But, I was liberated in the process of writing, ��Family Tree.��

Do ask, a question or start a discussion about “Family Tree” or the sequel ��Angel�� it is different but continues the story about the Harper family but focuses more on the main character. The story goes on an unexpected journey from what may be expected, I think. Family Tree is more symbolic than Angel. I played with the names of the characters in Family Tree, they represented the parts they played in Angel’s life.��
