Every year, at the very end of the year I try to visit some place around. This year I visited Cape Comorin, known as Kanyakumari in the state of Tamil Nadu in India. It lies at the southernmost tip of the mainland Indian subcontinent. Cape Comorin is also the final point to the Cardamom Hills, an extension of the Western Ghats range along the west coast of India. Cape Comorin is connecting the water of The Bay of Bengal, Indian Ocean and The Arabian Sea.
It was a lovely weekend trip from Bangalore to Kanyakumari. Me and my brother in law, Mr. Shekhar Roy, who is a software engineer at Infosys started our journey on 12th Dec (Friday evening) and came back to Bangalore in 15th Dec (Monday morning). December is the nicest season to travel the South India, as it was an unforgettable experience for us.
Always Love,
Vikram
