This is the first book I read from this author. Writing this story must have been hard for the author, as she throws the reader into a different world and different times. There is a melancholic tone to her writing, as she brings to life her father's life story, and many poems he wrote, After You've gone, Bent over Memories, Autumn's Gold, Vigil Light, and many more. A great book to read, well written, and worthy of praise!
