Dear Betty
I've recently delved into partnersex and I've run into a big problem. I can't seem to let go and enjoy what's happening.
I am aware my pleasure is worth my partners time and is every bit as important as theirs. But every time a partner of mine starts to please me, I can't let go and relax. I keep thinking things like: "Don't be selfish and only receive for too long, you musn't get greedy". I know this is silly, I should just enjoy their touches and kisses.
I don't know how to stop worrying about what they're thinking all the time and enjoying the action. I love to have sex, but sometimes it can start to feel like a chore because of this mindset. How do I change it?
