WINTER BREAK ?
In many places the cold weather has hit with a vengeance. Add to that the extra traffic, shopping and chores at this time of year and you might be tempted to take a winter break from your exercise routine. Even indoor activities can take a backseat on days when you don’t want to drive to the gym or if you have to make room for extra errands. Don’t wait until you have time for a full workout. Fit exercise into little pockets in your day.
During our Hot for the Holidays class we had 17 days of exercise suggestions, both yoga and pilates (Thank you Coach Kecia) that you can do at home. There are recommendations for various fitness levels. Some of these exercises are perfectly geared to help you de-stress.
