twitter, free speech, or whatever and stuff

I’ve reported to Twitter an account threatening other users with sexual violence, an account deliberately menacing women, a bot account that exists solely to spew racist invective, and, lastly, the account of a man who doxxed a rape victim after publicly extorting her via his account.

Each time this is what I receive in response:
