Please fire me. My manager tells me that I need to have more confidence, but then proceeds to tell me that I don’t have common sense, confidence, and I don’t do my part. I have always tried my hardest at work, and I thought I was doing well. (I’m still new.) I get in trouble for asking my manager too many questions, when on average, I ask them maybe two questions a day. I thought learning everything you can to do your job the best you can was a good thing?
