Social media is shrinking the planet, and it’s been so amazing to be introduced through it to some of the raddest charities and wonderful giving people on the planet.  These amazing little boots showed up for my rad partner, @SarahLinden from a charity company that is doing such cool things for women in Uganda.  Sseko Designs ( @ssekodesigns ) is employing Ugandan women to make sandals, boots, bags, and products and in the process, they are becoming educated, and pursuing even advanced level degrees. 

The goal, the aim, is to provide marginalized women in East Africa with opportunities to free Themselves from the cycles of poverty, and give them the tools and knowledge to make a better world for themselves, their families, and the world around them.
