It has been an experience publishing a book. I am driven by my purpose. If it wasn’t for that, I don’t think I would be here. Well, not now but, later on. Not doing the publishing myself, anyway. Just creating the title was a challenge. I wanted to Call my novel “Family Tree a Novel” but, the name was taken by an Author whose first name starts with, the first three letters of my last name. I made a decision to call it “Family Tree” there were just too many books with that title and search references to that name.
I wanted mine to stick out. So I thought, I will use “Family Tree, The Novel” as a category in case I write a sequel. Also, to separate my book from other “family tree” searches knowing it’s grammatically incorrect thus, making it more memorable. Lol, my idea of marketing …well. Loading my book to Amazon, that comma in the title gone. Omg so, I subtitle “Family Tree” made sense that would be the only title showing, unknowingly not the case. Blah blah blah etc.
Live and Learn.
