3 Things You Can Do to Make a Difference in Your Life Today
1. Tell someone you love how important they are to you.
2. Take a look at the amount of sugar in the foods you eat every day – 4 grams = 1 tsp. Add up the number of tsps. and put that amount in a measuring cup for a true visual of your daily intake.
3. Create a Pinterest board called Things That Are Good For Me. Take pictures of things you do, read, watch, eat that positively affect you. Look at your board when you’re tempted to do something you know isn’t good for you.
