Write On, Write Daily!
Holiday Reminder!
As you surround yourself with those you love, take into consideration that like you, they are not perfect. Be strong enough to over-look those things that make you want to throttle them, and choose to enjoy the time that you have them within your reach. Not one among us has the ability to 'Turn back time', so convince yourself early, that you are going to enjoy their company despite whatever comes, and stick with it. Take pictures, create memories and if needed, give the gift of forgiveness.
Happy Holidays!
Know that you are Loved,
PMS

Bikers vs Winter
Winter Riding Safety Tips!
Not all of us use the garage for winter bike storage. For those who ride daily, no matter the weather, please take a moment to refresh yourself on these simple winter safety checks.
1. Wrap up against the cold weather, get a good one-piece leather to help to keep the ice and wind out.
2. Be Respectful of the road conditions! Stay alert, be aware of wet roads and ice patches. Give yourself the time and space it will take to slow down. Use the space in your lane wisely.
3. Stay visible and alert! If rain or snow impedes your vision, it does the same to other's, including pedestrians who may not be looking up. Wear reflective clothing and try making eye contact in rearview mirrors to help others realise that you are there.
4. Signal early, give yourself and everyone around you time to react and adjust.
5. Daily Check list!
Check your tires air pressure/tread
Check your lights/turn signals
Use a product to keep your mirrors from fogging or misting
Check weather/wind advisories, prepare in advance to arrive at your destination safely.
6. Leave early! Once your behind those bars, time is of no importance, your mission is to arrive alive.
7. We are not fair-weather-riders here either, every winter we are out there with you, on the same cold road. Doing what needs to be done, taking nothing for granted and hoping that next season, we will be able to do it again :)

So far, this writing gig...well, lets just say I didn't work this hard when I had a full time day job! However, I am meeting so many wonderful souls through my books, and I am learning so much about writing, self-publishing and marketing that I feel wonderful about my decision to take the plunge! Far from perfect, I will diligently continue to work myself in that direction :)
Here's the latest book news!
1. I have completed the last chapter of, A Biker Saga-Switzerland!
2. Editing is nearly complete, should be published by the end of November or the beginning of December at the latest.
3. I am working on the new cover as we speak.
4. Book 2 in the Brenna series 'Brenna's Crew' has been finished and published.
5. The webstore is now open, offering an unique line of earrings: 'Opposites' inspired by Stax, the strong female protagonist in 'A Biker Saga'
6. I am working on getting a new blog in place for 2015, any suggestions would be most appreciated!
7. Book 3 in 'A Biker Saga' is being outlined and the first chapter is complete! (Woot!)
