YOU CAN READ ALL OF MY BOOKS FOR FREE
I’ve picked up a lot of new followers in the past few weeks. Many of you have picked up I Bring the Fire Part I my free first in series from Amazon, iBooks, or B&N. Something you may not be aware of, all of my books can be read for free!
Here’s how to read my books for free:
Request them at your library. All of my ebooks are available through Overdrive, the ebook service most libraries use. If your library buys a copy of an ebook, you can check it out. Prefer the feel of dead tree skin? I Bring the Fire Part I and Monsters are available in paperback. Your library can order them through CreateSpace, Amazon, or B&N. (Chaos, Part III will be available in dead tree skin format by Christmas).
Borrow them from a subscription service like Scribd or Oyster.
These are options if you have a Kindle Fire, one of the new Nooks, or just about any tablet or smartphone.
Scribd offers the first month FREE. After that it has a $8.95/month subscription fee, and has a lot of traditionally published authors that might be of interest to my readers (Christopher Moore and Neil Gaiman for instance). https://www.scribd.com/c88gockel
Oyster also offers a free trial month and then they are $9.95. https://www.oysterbooks.com/search/q/C.%20Gockel I’m not as familiar with Oyster as I am with Scribd that I do subscribe to on-and-off.
It’s not free but if you want discounts … sign up for my newsletter. I typically offer a third off the final price of my ebooks the week I release them.
