This might be the best invitation you’ll receive this season.  Our holiday class begins on Monday November 17th and it’s designed to help you look and feel your best for all of the other invitations coming your way.


If your to-do list includes, trying to stay sane, not go broke and not gain the typical seven pounds people normally pack on between now and January then you will benefit from being an active part of our community.


This year at Marilu.com we’re going to be Hot for the Holidays.  We’ve got tips for staying on track with your food plan.  We have SPECIFIC tips that pertain to the extra demands of the season.  Exercise doesn’t need to fall by the wayside either.  We’re going to build it in to the day, go all out and take no prisoners.  NO EXCUSES !  Just a little forethought and you CAN stay on track.  You know this.  We’re here to help you remember it.
