It could be you are a bit dehydrated. If you have a humidifier or vaporizer, try turning that on for an hour or so and see if you feel better. A damp washcloth on the face, or on the back of the neck, helps. A cup of anything hot and steamy can help too. Add a jigger of brandy or whisky (it can't hurt) ;)
