Spring ahead. FALL BACK.
In most of the U.S. it’s time to set those clocks back an hour. Technically this occurs at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday but we know that those of you who plan to be asleep at that time will make the switch before you turn out the lights. Here’s a tip for those of you who have trouble adjusting to the change. Try setting the clock back a few hours before you head to bed, but after you’ve fulfilled your commitments for the day. Make the most of that extra hour and still get a good night’s sleep !
