A Libertarian Utopia - Is "I and You" Becoming Reality?

This is a story to watch. I'm dying to see what kind of society this libertarian creates, and compare it with the Randian Republic of Atlantis in "I and You." What kind of laws will there be - if any? Who will work there and under what conditions? What or who will the leadership be? This is the prophecy of "I and You" becoming reality.
