Video of Website Improvements (to reduce bounce rate)

I'm happy to report that my videos have been watched more than 216,000 times as of 13Aug2014. But while I celebrated this, I had some concern about the visitors to this website that never interacted with the website and then left from the same page they entered. My worry is that they did not find what they came looking for, so I have redesigned the website to reduce bounce rate and make it much easier for first-time visitors to find the information they are seeking. This video is a fast-paced overview of the changes and a testimonial to the instructor for the class I took to accomplish this.
