2014

Just wanted to post at least once in 2014….

It has been an INSANE year for me on a personal level and writing has taken a back seat, big time.  That said, I have still written a few things…mostly for my family.  I have compiled our genealogy into a booklet which I plan to give out as Christmas gifts.  Writing may not be making me money right now, but it is saving me money!  *wink*

What else?  I wrote a children’s book which was *this close* to getting published, but financial woes and a lack of an illustrator stopped it from going to press.  (sigh)

I rewrote several sections of The Devil’s Keep and submitted it to a local publishing house with hopes of a re-launch.  With the sequel, An Angel’s Revenge, being about 50% done, it would be very nice if I could drop both books at the same time.  However, until I can get back on my feet, I am afraid that getting my act together in a timely manner might not be possible.  Time will tell.
