OK October, you are flying past and show no real sings of letting up or slowing down. Which means that Halloween is right around the corner. It seems to me that this spooky celebration is getting bigger and bigger by the year, with more and more folks getting involved.

I have always had a huge soft spot for Day of the Dead celebrations, sugar skulls, zombies and all things that go bump in the night, so I always love this time of year for seeing all the creative ideas that folks have for DIY Halloween celebrations from costumes and decorations, to foods, cakes and even tricks! This year I’ll be over in Dublin for the Knitting & Stitching Show – which means I wont be able to get into the real swing of the celebrations (although I will be enjoying all the costumes of those fun Dubliners!)
