Vampire series recommendation, with sale
I'm frequently asked about authors that I enjoy reading. I have a list of them on my Links page, but today, I'm happy to talk about a specific author/series in one of my favorite subgenres: vampire fiction (you're shocked, I know! :)).
New York Times bestselling author Colleen Gleason (who also writes under the name Joss Ware) originally released the Gardella series back in 2007 - 2009. I gobbled up the books because they're vampire novels with a kick-ass heroine and two heroes that are so drool-worthy, I kept going back-and-forth on which one I wanted to win the heroine. Our heroine, Victoria, starts the series as pretty innocent and idealistic, and watching her grow into her abilities, determination and general bad-ass-ness was a true pleasure. The hotness in the series didn't hurt my enjoyment of the books, either *wink*.

I ordered it today (10/25) and it cost me $1.99?? Oh well, still looking forward to reading it, and still a good price. thanks for the suggestion

Price on Amazon today was $4.99
Ditto. Amazon says $4.99 and B&N doesn't have them listed as anything except paperback.
when I paid $1.99 yesterday, it said it had 10 more hours and it was going up to $4.99. I'm wondering then when was it 99 cents?
Added the first book to my Amazon wishlist.... I've already bankrupted myself on books for this month, but I will try to get at lest one of them when I have denaris again! *laughs* Thanks for the recommendation!
