October Events

Looking forward to all the great events I have lined up this month….

October 31: Virtual visit (I’ll be supplying a 5 min video clip of me babbling about writing horror fiction and perhaps strolling through a few graveyards) to the Red Deer Public Library during their fantastical After Hours Adults Halloween Party where, “Literary characters and cosplay are encouraged.”

October 25: Cold Lake Zombie Walk. Cold Lake, Alberta. Organizing the first zombie walk fundraisor in my home town. Proceeds to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

October 17: Touring with the Young Alberta Book Society for the TALEBLAZERS program. Visiting students from grades 5-9 at the Progressive Academy and Edith Rogers School in Edmonton.

I will also be heading for Boston in November and will (of course!) be checking out Salem and a bevy of Edgar Allan Poe sites. Can’t wait. Follow me on Instagram to see the photos of my trip and be entertained (or appalled) by my current kitchen renovations.
