Carolyn Injoy While each time frame has something attractive about it, now is when I would choose. There's an abundance of creature comforts: food, lodging, medical care, transportation, entertainment. Now is the one that captures my vote.

Anne I used to read a lot of historicals and wished I could travel back in time. 30 years later, I view the past with a much more realistic eye and despite the issues we have much prefer to live now. Besides, what would I do without access to books, especially "free" access to libraries which is a fairly new development historically.

Njkinny (Njkinny's Blog) I love the Victorian era because of their lavish dances where women wore beautiful ball gowns and men dressed and it was just like the Cinderella style Ball dance. I wish I could travel back but only for a short time because I love my modern time too :)
