I was not even the tiniest bit prepared for the wave of love for my Batgirl run at this con. I honest to god thought everyone was going to feel awkward since the new version came out yesterday and I didn’t want anyone to be uncomfortable for liking the new Babs or anything. So I was all prepared for that, to try to tell peopIe it’s okay, you know? But I was not prepared for what actually happened.

Just lines of Batgirl fans sharing their favorite issues and characters and cosplays….people brought fan art and Batgirl presents and it ended up being wonderfully celebratory and once again, the kindness of readers amazes me. It was ENDLESS.
