You remember that spark you had? You know the one I’m talking about. The time in your life when you couldn’t wait to get out of bed in the morning, you couldn’t wait to face the day. Couldn’t wait to see your significant other, couldn’t wait to get to work, (okay maybe not the last one).
You lived carefree, you may have been absolutely broke and eating ramen noodles but you had a blast. Why is that?
Somehow you get older, have more money, more responsibility, more structure, and more deadlines, and that flame might become only a really dim flicker
But we have to keep that flame alive. It takes more work to do so as you get older and get more “mature”. You have to be more creative, have to make yourself flexible, and remember it’s okay to laugh, it’s okay to have fun. After all that’s part of living a full life.
