Book Updates on Crusade and Possesions, and a Wicked Answer

I spent the day celebrating and preparing for Halloween, which roughly translates to getting lost in a corn maze, buying lots of Halloween goodies, and having a fantastic time with the best daughter in the world.  We're about to start decorating around the house, but before I get into the full swing of fall festivities, I thought I should answer a few more questions that recently landed in the mailbag.
