Dear Mr Scuton: I think your clear thinking about philosophy vs science differences , the emphasis on why questions recognizing the differences between the subject-agent and the objects/events we detect, and your understanding of the differences between doing/applying philosophy and merely studying the history of ideas are really spot on!!
